The Greater Austin YMCA is seeking a Youth & Family Coordinator to bring energy to East Communities. You will support youth programs, events, and enrichment activities while ensuring safe, inclusive experiences for children and families.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork are essential, with the ability to adapt to mornings, evenings, weekends, and seasonal programming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with youth, families, or community members in programs, services, events, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of Youth & Family programs, activities, and events.
• Provide day-to-day operational support based on priorities and seasonal needs.
• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for participants and families.
