Job summary

New York Edge, based in the Bronx, is seeking a Family Development Coach (FDC) for our High School Youth: Educational Support program. The FDC will build partnerships with students and families, help set goals for self-reliance, and connect them with services to achieve those goals, emphasizing encouragement, strengths, and problem-solving.

This is a full-time, year-round, in-person role with a salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with preference in Education, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Experience working with NYC youth and families in urban education.
• Ability to work in person in the Bronx, Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm.
