The role includes crisis management, court reporting, and regular face-to-face engagement with youth and families, with an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Experience equivalent to one year of full-time professional work providing child welfare services.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a drug screen and all required background checks including fingerprinting.

Aufgaben

• Manage crisis and provide services/linkage/coordination care for high-need youth in out-of-home care.
• Engage kin and fictive kin adults to increase protective capacities and stabilize homes.
• Write court reports and testify in court as needed.
• Engage youth and families face-to-face in the community; on-call schedule after hours.
