Job summary

Inspire Health Alliance seeks a Community-Based Enrollment & Matching Specialist to support Littles, Bigs, and families through enrollment, interviews, matching, and program coordination. The role involves in-person, virtual, and travel to events, with data entry in Salesforce and reporting to the Senior Manager of Community-Based Programs.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong interviewing and organizational skills, and willingness to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Child Development, Education, or a related field required.
• Minimum of one year experience with children, families, volunteers, or community members in assessment, case management or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English/Spanish strongly preferred; ability to travel to participant homes and events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with volunteers, youth, and families.
• Enter and maintain participant information in Salesforce CRM and other systems.
• Review enrollment information to determine eligibility and recommend acceptance into the program.
• Meet monthly enrollment and match performance goals.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure seamless participant experiences.
