Job summary

LifePath Systems in Texas seeks a licensed mental health professional to complete RTC applications, Waco Center applications, and YES Clinical Eligibility assessments and provide therapy using state-approved evidence-based models such as CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, Play Therapy, PCIT, and Family Therapy.

The role requires independent judgment, crisis intervention, and thorough documentation, with collaboration to ensure guideline adherence and service outcomes. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field (required).
• Licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
• CCBHC knowledge preferred and relevant certifications welcomed.
• CBT/CPT/TF-CBT/Play Therapy/PCIT certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care Practices required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete RTC applications, Waco Center applications, and YES Clinical Eligibility requirements.
• Provide interventions in community, home, and school settings using clinical judgment.
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation, time management, and organization.
• Assist with crisis coverage and collaborate with supervisory staff as needed.
