Job summary

Children’s Harbor is seeking an Educational Program Coordinator who is passionate about working with youth and excited about strengthening educational programming across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with staff and leadership, track outcomes, and turn data into actionable reports for leadership and funders, while supporting CQI, compliance, and policy development to ensure durable program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Work, or related field required.
• At least three years of experience in educational programming, quality improvement, nonprofit program coordination, or related area.
• Experience with underserved, transitional-age, or at‑risk youth strongly preferred.
• Experience with CQI, grant reporting, compliance, policies and procedures, or educational funding is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between the main campus Learning Center and Brown’s Harbor to ensure high-quality educational support.
• Support youth and young adults with academics, goals, organization, and skill development.
• Develop and expand educational programming for transitional-age young adults.
• Track educational progress and program outcomes and report to leadership and funders.
• Support grant reporting, compliance, audits, and documentation.
• Help develop educational policies, procedures, and systems for long-term success.
• Build relationships with youth and encourage participation and progress.
