Alpha is seeking a Youth Education Manager to lead Guides, coach campuses, and drive a culture of excellence. You will build high-performing teams, deliver life skills programs, and motivate students toward ambitious goals across multiple campuses.

This full-time role, based on-site in select markets, emphasizes data-driven leadership, rapid team development, and the launch of new Alpha campuses within a dynamic K-12 model.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
