Endeavors Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Career Readiness Instructor to lead instructional activities for learners preparing for Pre-Employment Transition Services, Digital Literacy, and soft-skill development.

You will design weekly schedules and collaborate with schools, employers, family support, and vocational counselors to drive job readiness outcomes. The role requires teaching experience, English and Spanish language proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in special education or related field.
• Teaching license in special education (within last 5 years).
• Experience in classroom teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct learners in Pre-Employment Transition Services, Digital Literacy, Professional Soft-Skills, Job Readiness, Money Matters.
• Develop weekly instructional schedule and program timeline.
• Coordinate with school admins, teachers, employers, family support, case managers, and Texas Workforce Commission.
• Provide progress updates to teachers, admins, counselors, managers.
• Document communications and time in Salesforce Bird’sEye system.
• Match clients to appropriate jobs based on interests and skills.
• Administer assessments per provider guidelines.
• Instruct career readiness subjects per lesson plans.
• Conduct life skills training per grant requirements.
