Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a District Discovery Program Coach to focus on player development within the Pre Academy & Discovery Path and collaborate with the Regional Development Program in the Cincinnati, Dayton and NKY area. This role offers hourly, non-exempt scheduling reflecting business needs in the football market.

Qualifications

• Broad soccer background and ability to deliver content effectively.
• Proven ability to organize, communicate, and teach soccer-specific content.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• US Soccer C Coaching License or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years of coaching experience.
• Availability Monday and Friday evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Development Program on Pre Formation player development and identification.
• Support regional training programs, including recruitment for U9–U12 and record-keeping.
• Assess performance through scheduled evaluations and support academy coaching opportunities.
• Contribute to the Club Performance Plan and uphold club knowledge and work ethics.
• Grow professionally and help develop the club through ongoing education.
• Maintain relationships with public and youth soccer partners to strengthen community engagement.
