Qualifications

• Complete proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 7 years youth soccer coaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the FC Cincinnati Academy.
• Manage the Academy coaching staff and training schedules.
• Support player identification and recruitment efforts.
