Soccer Shots Cincinnati is hiring fun, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Coaches to help us positively impact and inspire lives in the Cincinnati area.

You will lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children aged 2-8 across daycare centers, preschools, and community spaces, following our curriculum.

Availability Monday–Saturday mornings with occasional evenings; compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious, whose #1 priority is the safety of children.
• Caring and engaging with each child through positive affirmation.
• Organized, plans ahead and runs sessions per lesson plan.
• Responsible, committed to being the coach and 'face' of Soccer Shots.
• Energetic, creates a fun atmosphere that leads a child to participate.
• No prior soccer experience required; passion for impacting children's lives.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Availability to return for multiple back-to-back seasons.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions for children following the Soccer Shots lesson plan.
• Ensure child safety and positive, encouraging interactions.
• Engage participants to promote teamwork and healthy lifestyles.
• Represent Soccer Shots professionally at daycare, preschool, community centers, and parks.
