Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our youth foster care home in Duluth, MN. This role involves helping individuals with disabilities live fulfilling lives.

You will assist with daily tasks and develop meaningful relationships with those you support. Shifts are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, Sunday to Wednesday, and the compensation ranges from $23.25 to $25.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, warm-hearted, and reliable.
• No prior experience or certifications are required.
• Must be 21 or older to work in youth foster care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with disabilities and mental illness.
• Help with medication administration and personal hygiene.
• Develop meaningful relationships with individuals supported.
