Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of South-Central Tennessee is seeking a Site Program Coordinator to manage daily operations at a Club site for ages 5-18. You will supervise program staff and volunteers, ensure safety protocols, and align programs with Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character outcomes.

Responsibilities include program delivery, data entry for attendance and tutoring hours, membership processing, and site liaison with schools and parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 1+ years in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily implementation of youth development programs and activities.
• Supervise program staff and volunteers; ensure safety and policies are followed.
• Input weekly attendance and tutoring hours; track outcomes and engagement.
• Coordinate with School/Area Director; manage materials and program delivery.
• Process memberships and collect fees; maintain accurate records.
