Boys & Girls Clubs of North San Mateo County in Pacifica, CA seeks a Program Coordinator to plan, implement, and supervise youth programs aligned with Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character, and Citizenship.

You will guide members and volunteers, promote enrollment, ensure safety, and collaborate with staff to deliver inclusive, engaging activities for diverse youth populations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with youth and knowledge of youth development preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and maintain safety.

Responsabilidades

• Create an environment that supports youth outcomes and program participation.
• Plan, promote and stimulate program participation and orientation for new members.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs; monitor safety and quality of activities.
• Provide periodic reports and address gender and cultural diversity in programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe clubhouse and participate in mandatory meetings.

Conocimientos
