About this opportunity:
Plans, implements, supervises members, and evaluates activities within a specific program area, supporting the Boys & Girls Club's priority outcomes of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character and Citizenship. May oversee special programs and events (e.g., Keystone, Youth of the Year, Awards Programs) and participate in other unit activities as needed. In the absence of the Program Coordinator, may supervise other Youth Development Professionals to ensure continuity of services. Builds and maintains professional relationships with all Club members and their families to promote the mission of The Salvation Army.

Ability to handle stressful situations, follow emergency procedures, multi-task, and complete tasks safely and effectively. Ability to interact positively with co-workers and the public, meet attendance requirements, and communicate effectively in English. Duties involve sitting, standing, and walking frequently.
