Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio seeks a Youth Development Professional to run high-quality after-school and summer programs for K–12 youth. You will implement BGCA curriculum, foster social-emotional growth, and maintain attendance records in a safe, engaging environment.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED and strong communication skills. Onsite work at multiple clubs may be required, with some travel across the market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year working with youth preferred or 2 years general relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently implementing core BGCA curriculum and evaluating programs.
• Maintain daily and monthly attendance records for their classroom.
• Promote a healthy and safe environment and ensure facilities are maintained.
• Foster social and emotional development and manage classroom conduct.
