Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio is hiring a School Site Director to lead a designated club site inside a school, coordinating program implementation, youth engagement, and school-day collaboration. The role emphasizes academic support, positive behavior, and safe, engaging after-school programming.

The Director will supervise staff, monitor outcomes, and build partnerships with school personnel and community partners to ensure seamless services for youth during and after the school day.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in education, youth development, social services, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in youth development or school-based programming.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of budget preparation and management.
• Labor hour management and time keeping.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a designated school-based Boys & Girls Club site, including program implementation and youth engagement.
• Collaborate with host school on school-day initiatives and after-school programming to support academic success and whole-child development.
• Supervise staff, measure outcomes, and foster community partnerships.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Club and host school, ensuring alignment of school-day and after-school activities.
• Promote safe, engaging programming and high-quality service within the school setting.
