Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring After-School Youth Program Staff in Lorain, OH to support after-school programming at the Desich Club. We seek Youth Development Professionals who are passionate about helping local youth grow and learn.

This is a part-time role (Mon-Fri, roughly 2 pm–6 pm, about 20 hours/week) with starting pay at $17 per hour. Candidates must pass a background check and drug test, be 18+ with a high school diploma, and enjoy a fun, safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.

After-School Youth Program Staff- Lorain, OH

Help Make a Difference in the Lives of Local Youth!!! Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW! We have immediateopenings for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our newly renovated Desich Club in Lorain, Ohio. Our YDPs assist with after-school programming at our Clubs.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for working with youth, in supervised, fun and safe environments. Our YDPs are responsible for planning and implementing appropriate program activities; tracking, promoting and encouraging program participation; and assisting with membership recruitment.

• Positions are Part-time, Monday-Friday (*Flexible Schedules may be considered!)
• Approx schedule is 2 pm - 6 pm - 20 hours per week.
• Starting pay rate is $ 17 per hour.
