Job summary

BGCTX Leaders in Harker Heights, TX is seeking a Youth Development Professional (Part-Time) to plan, implement, supervise and evaluate activities within the Clubhouse program area. This role supports youth development outcomes and member engagement.

You will register new members, provide guidance, ensure safety, and mentor youth while coordinating with staff to maintain a productive, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Youth for Success.
• Create an environment that facilitates achievement of Youth Development Outcomes.
• Promote and stimulate program participation.
• Register new members and participate in their club orientation process.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
• Ensure proper supervision and safety of club members.
• Mentor youth as part of the BGC Youth Development Strategy.
• Effectively implement and administer programs, services and activities for drop-in members and visitors.
• Monitor and evaluate programs, services and activities to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare periodic activity reports.
• Increase visibility of Club programs via posting of daily schedule and announcements.
