Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with youth or young adult population.
• Oregon Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance required.
• Experience with at-risk youth/young adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision in our overnight shelter.
• Handle safety and security matters and offer emotional support.
• Assist with service documentation and compliance monitoring.
