• Commitment to working four days a week.
• Commitment to school-year and summer operating hours.
• Understand and apply behavior management principles per Club values.

Responsibilities

• Assist by enforcing rules and mentoring youth.
• Oversee daily operations of recreation areas and safety equipment.
• Organize and facilitate games, fitness, arts, crafts, and music.
• Greet members and encourage group activities and fair treatment.
• Assess group dynamics and design activities for positive outcomes.
• Complete required paperwork and evaluations.
• Promote teamwork and leadership among participants.
• Ensure all activities follow Club policies and safety rules.
• Maintain youth safety and security in the facility.
• Attend staff and team meetings and update supervisor on progress.
• Support trimester plans and provide daily feedback for improvement.
• Implement the 5 Key Elements for Positive Youth Development.
• Model Club values of excellence, impact, teamwork, and good character.
