Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Youth Supervisor to support student life at our center. You will supervise, mentor and assist students, ensuring they follow schedules and stay prepared for training and work assignments.

The role includes safety checks, recordkeeping, and facilitating life-skills sessions within a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, experience with youth, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in adjusting to Center life by providing supervision, behavior modification and mentoring.
• Ensure students meet the required schedule, waking on time and arriving on time for training or work assignment.
• Provide daily supervision or assistance in monitoring students in personal hygiene, room/chore assignments, and other activities.
• Ensure dorms are clean and inspection ready.
• Facilitate groups in life skills including budgeting, renter's rights, completing a lease, completing chores.
• Document student records according to PRH and input relevant student data.
• Maintain and update student rooms and bulletin boards with information per standards.
• Conduct daily roll calls and accountability checks in dorms.
