Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Supervisor of Career Counselors to lead and support a team delivering personal and career counseling to students ages 16-24 in a residential setting.

You will supervise counselors, ensure ethical practice, manage caseloads, and provide training and resources to advance careers. Equus emphasizes confidentiality, integrity, and inclusive, respectful service to diverse learners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or sociology; or a bachelor's degree with at least 15 credit hours in counseling courses.

Mansioni

• Supervise and assist Career Counselors in providing personal and career counseling services to the students we serve
• Manage the caseload of an assigned group of young people ages 16-24, in a primarily residential setting
• Ensure counselors behave in a professional, ethical manner and provide sounds advice in regards to conflict and personal issues of the students
• Maintain professional integrity with difficult clients and always consider the best interest of the clients
• Provide training and resources for advancement of career counselors
