The YMCA of Greater Houston is hiring a Youth Development Leader for before/after school and day camp programs. You will bring energy, creativity, and compassion to create a safe, engaging environment where youth feel supported, valued, and eager to learn.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling aligned with ISD calendars, chances to develop leadership skills, and comprehensive training. Join a mission-driven team and help families thrive through quality youth programming.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, fun, and enriching environment for youth in before/after school and day camp programs.
• Lead age-appropriate activities and adapt to diverse needs and interests.

• Maintain sign-in/out procedures and monitor program spaces for safety.
