Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support the Red Shield Youth Center. • Support and oversee special programs and events (e.g., Keystone, Youth of the Year).
• Provide supervision in the absence of the Program Coordinator to ensure continuity.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Club members and families.
