Job summary

The Salvation Army International is seeking a Youth Development Professional for the North Mabee Red Shield Youth Center in North Tulsa, OK. You will plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate youth activities reinforcing Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character, and Citizenship.

You will build relationships with members and families, coordinate events, ensure accurate records, and participate in professional development to advance center outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children/youth preferred.
• Commitment to Professional Development Plan with Level II & Level III training (20 credit hours).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate activities within the program area.
• Support and participate in unit activities and events as needed.
• Build professional relationships with Youth Center members and families.
• Provide supervision in absence of Program Coordinator.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
