Job summary

The Salvation Army Tulsa Red Shield Youth Center is seeking staff to assist in planning and leading diverse youth activities in a safe environment. The role includes supporting program leaders, registering new members, and guiding youth through orientation and participation.

The position also involves transporting center members and staff, reporting vehicle maintenance, and helping maintain a clean, well-organized facility. Must be 21+ to drive and hold a valid license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; experience with children and youth preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading youth activities to meet program outcomes.
• Support program development and evaluation, ensuring safety and quality of activities.
• Drive center members and staff to and from school, activities, and events as directed.
• Maintain facility and equipment, keeping storage areas orderly and reporting repairs.
