Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Youth Development Director to coach guides and students, using data and observations to drive measurable improvements. You will lead teams, design coaching playbooks, and mentor guides while building a scalable, high-standard program.

The role requires in-person work at a campus in New York City or Miami, FL, with relocation support provided. The compensation is $200,000 USD/year and is paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years working with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, with performance management and hiring.
• Demonstrated success using data and measurable outcomes to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Alpha's three promises for every K-3 student by building Guides, motivated students, and a coaching culture.
• Coach Guides and students using performance data, observations, and feedback for improvements.
• Lead coaching sessions and workshops to develop communication, resilience, focus, and collaboration.
