Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Maury County is seeking a part-time Youth Program Assistant to deliver hands-on programs for K-12 youth. You will help implement activities aligned with Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship, under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior experience with children; reliability and teamwork are essential. In-person scheduling includes after-school and summer shifts at Spring Hill and nearby sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Some experience working with children is required; prior Boys & Girls Club experience preferred.
• Must relate to youth and manage a classroom while keeping activities FUN.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on programs with youth across priority outcomes (Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character & Citizenship).
• Prepare youth for success and read lesson plans for daily activities.
• Maintain safety, supervise behavior, and ensure a constructive, engaging environment.
