Job summary

University of Missouri Extension's 4-H Center for Youth Development - Dent County is seeking an Educational Program Associate I to assist in planning, management, and support of 4-H Youth Development programs in Dent County, Salem, MO. The role reports to the 4-H Youth Development Specialist/Educator and involves coordinating curricula and activities across multiple delivery modes.

The position requires a minimal Associate's Degree or equivalent, strong ability to build partnerships, and

Qualifications

• An Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
• Experience substituting education by year-for-year is possible as per the job description.
• A minimum of six hours in one or more PRKC domains for youth development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for positive youth development in the community and MU Extension.
• Build external partnerships with local schools, community centers and youth-serving organizations.
• Coordinate and deliver 4-H programs, including leadership, STEM, healthy living, and career exploration topics.
