Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, Dorchester-based, seeks a Culinary Program Manager to oversee our CACFP/SFSP operations, menu development, and inventory. The role includes catering for events, ensuring nutrition standards, and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees CACFP and SFSP operations at the Club.
• Prepares and serves approximately 225–250 meals daily for 6–18-year-old Club members in compliance with USDA and local regulations.
• Manages kitchen operations, inventory rotation, and sanitation standards.
• Ensures meals meet BGCB nutrition standards and accommodates dietary restrictions.
• Maintains records including temperature logs, orders, inventories, and production reports.
• Manages vendor relationships and weekly food supply orders.
• Supervises Kitchen Assistant and supports nutrition education activities.
