Qualifications

• 2 years' experience working in the behavioral healthcare field.
• Have/willing to get their NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers.
• Maintain an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis assessment/intervention and safety planning.
• Travel throughout Portage County for service delivery.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary care team.
