The position offers an annual pay range of $55,000 - $65,000, based on licensure and experience, along with additional employee benefits. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in behavioral healthcare are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience working in the behavioral healthcare field.
• Have/willing to get their NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers.
• Maintain an excellent driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis assessment/intervention and safety planning.
• Travel throughout Portage County for service delivery.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary care team.
