Qualifications

• Minimal 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel while managing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify IDs, maintain visitor logs, and direct individuals per facility policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and report to appropriate personnel.
