Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking an U3 Specialist to provide case management for youths 16-21 at Everett Community College. Responsibilities include outreach, enrollment, and coordinating services to help students access postsecondary education.

The role requires a BA/AA background, strong English skills, and reliable transportation. You will work a non-traditional schedule with some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Fully fluent in spoken and written English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• AA degree required; BA preferred in human services.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in outreach, recruitment and assessment activities.
• Assess applicants to determine program eligibility and complete enrollment/docs.
• Provide comprehensive case management to a large number of students and assist with barriers to success.
