Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Everett, WA, seeks a dedicated Lead Case Manager for high school dropouts aged 16–21 in the Youth Re‑Engagement (U3) program at Everett Community College. This full‑time role reports to a program manager and requires schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities include outreach, eligibility assessment, enrollment documentation, case management for many students, transportation when needed, and academic advising.

Qualifications

• AA degree required; BA in human services preferred.
• Three plus years working with at‑risk youth ages 16‑21.
• Knowledge of college resources and enrollment procedures.
• Valid driver's license with insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Outreach, recruitment and eligibility assessment.
• Enrollment documentation, case management for numerous students.
• Provide transportation and academic advising for U3 students.
• Develop and revise Career Development curriculum for the program.
• Attend meetings, trainings and community events.

Skills

Fluency in English

Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

Computer literacy

Education

AA degree required
