Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Full‑Time Behavioral Health Specialist for its Lynnwood clinic to provide primary community support and case management to clients of all ages. This role requires a collaborative team approach and active participation in client service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Behavioral Health and extensive experience in case management. Sea Mar offers excellent benefits, including medical and dental coverage, and paid time off starting at 24 days per year.

Qualifications

• Good character and ability to meet clients' physical, mental, emotional, and social needs.
• Experience forming and maintaining effective relationships with clients and community providers.
• Eligibility for Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake screenings and create Client Service Plans.
• Make referrals to appropriate agencies/services as needed.
• Maintain client case documentation and conduct home visits.
