Job summary

KidStrong is coming to Madison, Alabama, and seeks energetic coaches to lead weekly 45-minute classes for children from infancy through age 11. You’ll guide cognitive, physical, and character development while engaging parents with clear explanations of how and why we teach.

This part-time role offers flexible hours across mornings, evenings, and weekends. Experience with children is valued, CPR certification is preferred, and a passion for making a lasting impact in a fun, fast-paced setting is

Qualifications

• Must be 17 or older.
• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
• Prior experience coaching students within the KidStrong age range is preferred.
• Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter who just gets a job done

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy classes focused on developing children’s cognitive, physical, and character skills.
• Build strong relationships with parents by explaining the rationale behind our methods.
• Engage kids in age-appropriate activities and adapt to class pacing as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
• Support additional events like camps and birthday parties when scheduled.
