Job summary

KidStrong is seeking talented coaches to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives. Classes run for children from 15 months to 8 years in a fast-paced, energetic environment. The role offers weekday and weekend hours with potential for additional private coaching hours and light administrative duties.

Ideal candidates have coaching experience with the target age group, strong communication with parents, and CPR certification, plus a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience with kids in the 15 months to 8 years range.
• Ability to educate parents on the curriculum.
• Solid understanding of physiology, exercise techniques and body mechanics.
• CPR certification.
• Strong, positive interpersonal communication and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes for kids aged 15 months to 8 years.
• Lead sessions on weekdays (mid-morning and evenings) and weekends from 8 AM to lunchtime.
• Maintain flexible schedule based on studio needs.
• Increase hours through private class coaching.
• Perform up to 5 hours per week of administrative work.
