Job summary

KidStrong Vestavia Hills in Alabama is hiring part-time coaches to join a fun, energetic and professional team. Coaching roles involve leading 45-minute classes for children aged 15 months to 11 years and engaging with parents to foster growth and confidence.

Classes run on weekdays 9–11 am and 4–8 pm, with weekend sessions starting at 9 am. Opportunity to increase hours through birthday parties and camps. CPR certification is preferred and a passion for working with kids is essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with kids is essential.
• Experience coaching kids in the KidStrong age range preferred.
• Ability to educate parents on our curriculum is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes for ages 15 months to 11 years.
• Maintain a safe, energetic, and engaging environment for kids and parents.
• Collaborate with team to deliver consistent KidStrong programming.
• Support flexible scheduling including weekend shifts and birthday party/camp coaching hours.
