Qualifications

• Bachelore2s degree preferred from an accredited college or university
• Three yearsa0experience in Boys & Girls Club of Lanier or similar youth program
• Two yearsa0experience in a management role with demonstrated success leading a team
• Valid drivers license and ability to safely operate a company van
• Ability to work evenings, and some weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff
• Must have positive work ethic, attention to detail, initiative and reliability
• Ability to work independently and with a team, multitask, and lead a diverse team
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily Clubhouse operations and staff.
• Implement daily program schedule with full staff coverage.
• Ensure a healthy, safe environment; maintain facilities and supplies.
• Develop and evaluate club programs and activities to meet objectives and member needs.
• Prepare reports reflecting activities, attendance, and participation.
• Assist in budgeting and expenditure control.
• Create a positive, coaching-driven environment for staff.
• Hold regular staff meetings and foster teamwork.
• Develop partnerships with parents and community organizations.
• Promote club programs to increase visibility within the community.
