Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of Lanier in Demorest, GA seeks a Part-Time Site Coordinator to oversee daily program operations, staff supervision, and community outreach. You will implement youth-focused activities, manage schedules, and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience with Boys & Girls Club of Lanier or similar youth organization managing activities.
• Minimum two years in a management role leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily Clubhouse operations and staff.
• Develop and implement club programs and activities.
• Plan and monitor budgets; prepare regular reports of activities and attendance.
• Foster partnerships with parents and community leaders to raise visibility.
• Ensure safe, healthy facilities and effective staff communication.
