Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is hiring a part-time Youth Development Professional at Walters Middle School in Gainesville, GA. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
CPR/First Aid certification required and provided if needed.
Fingerprint background check and drug screening.
BGCA and BGCL training requirements to be completed.
Must be at least 18 years old for relevant programs.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, welcoming environment that promotes positive youth development.
Plan and lead age-appropriate programs and activities.
Provide guidance and positive role modeling for youth.
Interact respectfully with youth, staff, families and partners.
Complete lesson plans and rosters accurately and on time.
Maintain program spaces, follow safety procedures, and report hazards.
