The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas seeks an Assistant Club Director for a part-time role at one of its Dallas-area locations. You will support day-to-day operations and provide programmatic direction for afterschool and summer programs.
Reporting to the Club Director, you will supervise staff, coordinate services, recruit/train personnel, and maintain safe, engaging facilities for youth. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

TITLE: Assistant Club Director- Part Time

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Reporting to the Club Director, the Assistant Club is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and programmatic direction at a designated Club location in line with organizational mission and goals. Serving in members in the out of school time (afterschool and summer) this Part Time leadership position, Manages/Coaches/Facilitates/Coordinates programs and high quality and impactful service delivery. Relationships are built though the selection and training of staff, developing strong parent & school relations, and membership attendance & participation through oversight of fun and effective club member programming.
Assume other duties as assigned.
Internal: Maintains close, daily contact with Club professional staff to interpret and explain organizational mission, program objectives and standards, discuss issues, and provide/receive information.
External: Maintains contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents and others to assist with conflict resolution.
