Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Kids Club Manager to oversee the youth center operations at our Houston clubs. You will supervise staff, coordinate engaging and age-appropriate programs, and uphold safety and care standards for members39 children and families.

The role emphasizes staff development, program improvement, and collaboration with directors to meet evolving family needs in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in day care, camp, or educational settings.
• Minimum 2 years in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs.
• Minimum 1 year in childcare management, preferably in a recreational/club setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and oversee age-appropriate youth programs.
• Promote child-centered safety and compliance with club standards.
• Maintain attendance, incident reports, and program evaluations.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and inventory of childcare supplies.
• Assist with budgets and financial targets for childcare operations.
