Job summary

You will train and guide staff, comply with safety protocols, and uphold club standards with tact and diplomacy in all interactions.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of child-related experience, and basic first aid/CPR certification; supervision of activities and collaboration with the Kids Club Director

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a day care, camp, or educational setting.
• At least 1 year of experience in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children and supervise activities to ensure safety and engagement.
• Promote youth center programs and maintain professionalism with members and staff.
• Coordinate activities with children and childcare attendants, ensuring club standards are met.
• Address and manage behavioral issues and support development of educational programs.
