Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 16–17 at time of hire
• Background check and Child Abuse & Neglect screening
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required prior to start date
• Praesidium trainings required
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Clear verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children with age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming space
• Build connections with members and families
• Lead and participate in activities with the kids
• Stay flexible as group sizes change
• Communicate with supervisor, parents, and children
• Engage professionally with parents during drop-off and pick-up
• Attend staff trainings and required meetings
• Assist with safety and program adherence
