Job summary

Army NAF in Fort Riley is seeking a program supervisor for CDC, SAC, and Youth Services. You will oversee classrooms, equipment, scheduling, curriculum, inclusion, and safety protocols to minimize abuse risks.

You will design and run trainings, evaluate staff, develop parent education resources, and lead inspections with corrective plans. This role emphasizes effective communication and adherence to DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in child development, education, or related behavioral science.
• 24 semester hours in a related field may qualify for SAS/CDC/CY
• At least 12 months experience in child and youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CDC, SAC, and Youth Services programs to maintain standards and safety.
• Design and run classroom and hands-on trainings; evaluate staff progress.
• Lead inspections, develop corrective plans, and manage program budgets.
• Ensure prompt customer service and compliance with DoD policies.
• Prepare analyses of budget variances and justify funding needs.
