The role focuses on creating engaging schedules, supervising activities, and maintaining safe, supportive environments, partnering with staff to meet each child’s needs and promoting positive development.
Responsibilities
- Develops schedules and activity plans for CY programs.
- Ensures that program plans meet the observed needs of individual children and youth.
- Implements activities and special events that meet developmental needs of children and youth.
- Collaborates with staff to ensure safe indoor and outdoor environments.
