Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patrols and monitor entrances per post orders.
• Respond to alarms and incidents following SOPs.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports.
• Provide courteous, culturally grounded customer service to youth and families.
• Collaborate with program staff to support transitions and high-energy periods.
