The Salvation Army Charleston Area Command in West Virginia seeks a full/part-time program leader overseeing center-wide youth services. You will supervise staff, coordinate volunteers, and drive program activities with an emphasis on safety, compliance, and positive outcomes for youth.

Responsibilities include planning curriculums, coordinating training, managing reports for grants, and collaborating with the Site Director to build partnerships with families and local organizations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two years of work experience planning and supervising activities for youth.
• Valid State Driver’s License; CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct center-wide program services with oversight of activities.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; provide training and development.
• Ensure programs are safe and compliant with standards; monitor reporting and grant obligations.
• Collaborate with Site Director and other leaders to build partnerships and community relations.
• Monitor program data integrity and assist in budget monitoring.
• Transport youth and staff to activities as needed and support special programs.
